3. Customer Responsibilities

4. Liability and Insurance

Ranisy Logistics maintains comprehensive insurance coverage for goods in transit. However, liability is limited to the terms specified in our service agreements. Customers are encouraged to obtain additional insurance for high-value items.

5. Prohibited Items

We do not accept shipments containing:

  • Hazardous materials (unless specifically authorized)
  • Illegal substances or contraband
  • Perishable goods without proper arrangements
  • Items prohibited by destination country regulations

6. Payment Terms

Payment terms are net 30 days unless otherwise specified in writing. Late payments may incur additional fees. We reserve the right to hold shipments for non-payment.

7. Force Majeure

Ranisy Logistics shall not be liable for delays or failures in performance resulting from acts beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, war, terrorism, labor strikes, or government actions.

8. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the local arbitration association.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting on our website. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of modified terms.
